Tom Waun

Tom Waun is one of Michigan’s most experienced trial attorneys, representing clients in personal injury and complex litigation matters for more than three decades. Tom focuses on cases involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, construction injuries, product liability, premises liability, police misconduct, legal malpractice, and business disputes.


Throughout his career, Tom has served as lead counsel in more than 100 civil jury trials in state and federal courts, securing numerous seven-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. He also played a leading role in litigation arising from the 2020 Mid-Michigan dam failures, representing hundreds of individuals and families affected by the devastating flooding.


Recognized among Michigan’s most respected trial lawyers, Tom has been honored as a Michigan Lawyers Weekly Hall of Fame inductee, a Leader in the Law, and a Super Lawyer for more than a decade. He has also served in leadership roles with the Michigan Association for Justice, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and several Michigan Supreme Court committees dedicated to improving the civil justice system.


Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Central Michigan University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

David Roth

An experienced litigator at both the state and federal levels, David Roth has been practicing law in Michigan for more than a decade. With expertise honed over scores of cases, he possesses a unique understanding of personal injury, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, employment discrimination, and civil rights disputes.

A native of Northville, Michigan, David graduated from Michigan State University in 2010 and MSU College of Law in 2013. He is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.


When he's not practicing law, Dave enjoys reading about history, lifting weights, and spending time with his wife and three young sons.
